I joined Tantra in July 2004 to develop a team for a customer. We have developed a strong 35 member team within a span of 3 years. Tantra has given me the opportunity to head a team to develop New Products for the customer and these products are successful in overseas market.


I have always got an enormous sense of self worth working in Tantra. Hard work and dedication never go unnoticed here and definitely translates to career growth. The organization has always inspired me to initiate activities in a novel way and the management has always been very supportive of new initiatives.
